Cancellation & "No Show" Policy:

As a courtesy to other pets in need of appointments, and to show respect for everyone's time, we require at least 24 hours notice to cancel appointments, 48 hours for surgeries and dental procedures. We promise to be here for you, so please promise to be there too!

Failure to notify us may incur the following charges:

1st time: freebie
2nd time: half of the exam fee 💸
3rd or more: full exam fee and prepayment required for future bookings 💸💸
surgical/dental procedures: 50% of the low end of the estimated cost of the treatment plan 💸💸💸
